Sales Invoice Administrator

We have an immediate opportunity for a Sales Invoice Administrator to join the Operations team at our Aberdeen Depot.

The role will involve working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Duties will include data input, checking of invoices, resolving queries and calculation of pricing.

The successful candidate should have previous invoicing experience. The successful candidate will also have previous administration experience, possess good communication skills, have a good knowledge of basic IT systems and a good team-based work ethic. A knowledge of transportation/distribution and cargo would be desirable but is not essential.
