We have an immediate opportunity for an Administrator to join the team at our Coatbridge Depot. The purpose of this role will be to support our administration team. The main responsibilities of this role will be:
- Matching and chasing POD’s
- Aligning invoices for billing
- Allocating credits where required/authorised
- Chasing own POD’s for customers
The successful candidate will have previous administration experience, good customer service skills, possess good communication skills, have a good working knowledge of basic IT systems and a good team-based work ethic.
A knowledge of transportation/distribution and cargo would be desirable.
