We have an immediate opportunity for two full time Administration Assistants to join our Lerwick depot at Garthspool.
The successful candidates will assist in providing a fully comprehensive administrative service within the Lerwick Depot, which includes all duties concerned with PODs, reception and providing administrative support for other areas of the business as required. There will be a requirement to liaise regularly with our Kirkwall Depot.
This role will involve working in a fast-paced environment and working to deadlines. The successful candidates should be able to manage their time effectively and prioritise their work. It is essential that the successful candidates have previous administration and customer service experience. The successful candidates will also have excellent communication skills, have a good working knowledge of basic IT systems and a good team-based work ethic. There will be a requirement for some out of normal office hours work.
